How to delete the account in the app
- Open Taom AI and sign in with your phone number.
- Go to "Profile" and tap "Delete account".
- Confirm. The account is deleted at once.
What is deleted
- Your phone number, sign-in and all sessions.
- Scan counters, the subscription and unpaid orders.
- Error reports you sent.
- The profile, diary and meal photos on the phone where you tapped the button.
What stays
- A note of how many free scans were used, kept as a fingerprint (hash) of the number. The number cannot be recovered from it. It stops free scans from being given twice.
- Records of paid orders with no link to the number: amount, date and payment method. Accounting rules require them.
If you no longer have the app
Write to us on Telegram from the number tied to the account, or give that number in an email: elyorbekkk@gmail.com, Telegram @enajmiddinov. We delete the account within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
